Thanks for your interest in the projects managed by the Maine Farm & Sea Cooperative!

This includes the Maine Marinara Collaborative, Maine Immigrant Greens Collaborative, and the 2nd Harvest Partnership at Fork Food Lab. These are all opportunities to sell your second or processing quality crops or when the market is saturated. We can help you turn compost in to cash.

We will buy approximately 18,000 pounds of tomatoes, zucchini or summer squash, and onions to make marinara sauce, approximately 6,000 pounds of hearty greens and up-cycle crops, and the Second Harvest partnership will buy 10,000 pounds of farm seconds for processing that include tomatoes, carrots and winter squash.
